Outreach Team

Meet our highly experienced, dedicated, caring team…

Ryan Webster

Director of Strategic Partnerships
Pennsylvania Region

Ryan was born and raised in Northwest Philadelphia and graduated from Gwnyedd Mercy University with a BA in Business. After going to treatment several times over a span of almost 10 years, Ryan finally got sober in 2018 at the age of 35. He believes he is proof that it doesn’t matter how many times you go to treatment or you’re never too young or too old to get sober - you never know when the miracle will happen. Ryan has always been passionate about helping others and being involved in the community, wheather coaching youth sports or helping get people the resources they need to obtain long term sobriety through his current role as Outreach Coordinator. In his free time he likes to spend time with his Fiancée and will drive all over the area for the best chessesteaks and pizza as well as binge watch “The Sopranos” and “The Wire”.

Kevin Kaelin

Kevin enjoys spending his personal time with his wife and three beautiful daughters. To this day, he continues to place emphasis on his own character growth and inner personal development. All the gifts of his sobriety.
