Michael HarbisonChief of Operations
As Chief of Operations, Michael provides oversight and support to all departments within Sobriety Solutions. He joined Sobriety Solutions in January 2016 and is responsible for maintaining business operations, marketing efforts, project management, and execution of programming, both clinically and day-to-day operations, to provide the highest level of care for clients. In 2016, Michael started as a recovery house manager and was promoted to Director of Housing in 2017. Michael has helped hundreds of families navigate the difficult road of addiction. Michael is always willing to help new clients and families to make the admissions smoother and easier. His vast knowledge of Sobriety Solution’s programming allows him to best guide clients and families. In addition to overseeing the sober living program, Michael started to assist the marketing and operation teams at Sobriety Solutions over the last few years. Michael is committed to ensuring the individuals who come to Sobriety Solutions will receive the highest quality of care.
Chris WoodsDirector of Business Development
Chris Woods is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping individuals find meaningful recovery. With a profound understanding of the challenges faced by those on the path to recovery, Chris's drive to make a positive impact is evident in all aspects of his work. Drawing on his extensive experience in building relationships within the recovery community, grass roots organizations, and other healthcare providers, Chris has become a respected figure in the field. His ability to connect with individuals on a personal level has allowed him to create a supportive network that fosters growth and healing. In addition to his professional commitments, Chris cherishes his time spent with his family, especially his twin daughters. He understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and actively seeks moments of joy and fulfillment outside of his professional endeavors. Whether it's hitting the gym to stay physically fit or participating in competitive recovery softball tournaments across the country, Chris finds inspiration and motivation in pursuing his passions. Overall, Chris Woods is an accomplished professional who is driven by a deep commitment to helping others in their journey towards meaningful recovery. Through his empathetic approach, extensive network, and personal experiences, he continues to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals and the recovery community as a whole.

As Director of Strategic Partnerships at Sobriety Solutions, Ryan has been a key contributor since 2021. Growing up in Philadelphia, Ryan Developed a deep commitment to his community, which he carries into his professional endeavors. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Gwynedd Mercy University, equipping him with the skills and knowledge to excel in his role. At Sobriety Solutions, Ryan is responsible for cultivating and managing partnerships that enhance the organization’s mission to support individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. His strategic vision and dedication have been instrumental in expanding the reach and impact of Sobriety Solutions services. Outside of his professional life, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his wife Kelly and daughter Mckenna. His personal and professional experiences reflect his dedication to creating supportive environments both at home and in the broader community.
