Justin WilsonFounder & Chief Executive Officer
As Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Justin oversees Sobriety Solution’s outpatient programs located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. From 2006 to 2016, Justin worked in several management roles from Sales Manager to Vice President of Sales. Through his professional career, Justin has strived to provide top-quality service. After witnessing the rise in overdoses in 2015, Justin felt compelled to help the community he once grew up in, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. On January 1st, 2016, Justin founded Sobriety Solutions of Pennsylvania. In 2018, Justin helped acquire a second outpatient program, Sobriety Solutions of New Jersey. As the Chief Executive Officer, Justin is focused on expanding access, quality of care, and strategic planning. After 5+ years of operating Sobriety Solutions, Justin remains committed to providing quality treatment for the individuals and families impacted by addiction.
Andy Wilson Founder & Chairman
Andy Wilson is a Business Development and Marketing Strategist. As the Chairman of Sobriety Solutions, Andy helps the company grow their professional brand. After spending nearly 40 years working as the owner of a family owned and operated successful business, he brings a unique set of characteristics and drives results. Andy understands the importance of connecting with the those whom you’re trying to help and communicating his understanding back to them. In addition to his extensive business development and marketing background, Andy has experienced the disease of addiction in his own family and is committed to helping those suffering from addiction.
Gregg SlocumChief Financial Officer
Gregg is a graduate of Susquehanna University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. After starting his career in public accounting, he later applied his finance experience to the healthcare industry and has served a number of healthcare entities in the region, including over 30 years at Valley Forge Medical Center in varying positions, the most recent of which as their CEO. Gregg brings nearly 40 years of finance, healthcare, and leadership to bear at Sobriety Solutions. His dedication and commitment to superior addiction treatment has been the foundation of his professional career.
Michael HarbisonChief of Operations
As Chief of Operations, Michael provides oversight and support to all departments within Sobriety Solutions. He joined Sobriety Solutions in January 2016 and is responsible for maintaining business operations, marketing efforts, project management, and execution of programming, both clinically and day-to-day operations, to provide the highest level of care for clients. In 2016, Michael started as a recovery house manager and was promoted to Director of Housing in 2017. Michael has helped hundreds of families navigate the difficult road of addiction. Michael is always willing to help new clients and families to make the admissions smoother and easier. His vast knowledge of Sobriety Solution’s programming allows him to best guide clients and families. In addition to overseeing the sober living program, Michael started to assist the marketing and operation teams at Sobriety Solutions over the last few years. Michael is committed to ensuring the individuals who come to Sobriety Solutions will receive the highest quality of care.
Steve Kushner, MS, LPC Chief Clinical Officer
Steven obtained his Associate Degree from Montgomery County Community College and his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Temple University. After reaching his bachelor’s degree, he attended Chestnut Hill College to obtain his master’s degree in counseling and Clinical Psychology. Since 2009, Steven has served members of the recovery community through his work in the field. He became a full-time therapist in 2013 and worked as a DBT therapist in 2015. Steven has worked in community mental health, inpatient residential, outpatient and drug court. Steven brings a wealth of experience with Dialectical approach and intergeneration of the 12 step philosophy to Sobriety Solutions.
Kimberly WachterDirector of Admissions
Kim is the Director of Admissions here Sobriety Solutions in our PA office. She brings personal and professional experience to the world of recovery and is able to relate and help someone feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. She is passionate about helping people who suffer from the disease of addiction find the solution in 12-step meetings. Kim is currently enrolled at Montgomery County Community College working towards an Associate’s Degree in Human Services. Her goal a to work towards earning at CADC Certificate. Her mission is to guide clients toward the realization that they are not defined by their past decisions and that anyone can recover.
